A strong, stable rider can preserve and support the horse’s soundness by making the load easier to carry. Balanced posture allows the horse to move with natural freedom and rhythm.
Focused conditioning refines your aids for clearer communication and ultimate control. Regular training develops the stability needed for a secure and confident seat. Improved flexibility eliminates stiffness to keep you agile through every ride.
Support the Horse that Carries You
What is Stable Strength?
Stability for both horse and rider-
As an adult amateur rider and certified personal trainer/graduate level health educator, I understand firsthand the unique physical demands of equestrian sport.
I believe that being a strong, stable, and balanced rider is one of the most meaningful ways we can support our horses’ health and longevity. When we move well, sit quietly, and carry our own bodies effectively, we reduce unnecessary strain on their backs, joints, and minds—helping them stay sound, happy, and willing for years to come.
My training focuses on functional, rider-specific support: improving posture, core stability, symmetry, and endurance so you can communicate more clearly. All within the time constraints we so often struggle with.
Whether you compete regularly or simply ride for the love of the horse, my goal is to help you become the best version of you—to support the horse that carries you.
